Your rights in short

Withdrawal: for 14 days after booking, at no cost and without giving a reason, even less than 48 hours before the session. If you asked for the session to take place within that period, it remains payable once it has taken place.

Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before the session. With less notice, or if you do not come without letting the practice know, a cancellation fee may be charged.
